Grateful... for Challenges

I have to say, if you have never been to any of the amazing "challenge" blogs out there - do yourself a favor...  whenever I feel like my creative well is running a bit dry, I pop on over to my favorite challenge sites and re-inspire myself (is that even a word??)...

Today I have combined two different challenges... one a color challenge, and the other a sketch challenge.  I actually LOVE how this card turned out, and am glad that I took the time to find my watercolor paper (why am I not using this more often??).

The color challenge is from The Paper Players, and looks like this:
The sketch challenge is from  Unscripted Sketches, and looks like this:

And my card looks like this:
And the inside looks like this:
So this card, which it turns out I love love love, is dedicated to those wonderful challenge sites out there who keep our creative muscles flexing!!  Thanks!

  5. Amanda, your water coloring is gorgeous. It takes this rich color scheme to another level. I love it in the triptych, too. The Cajun and Burgundy really pop off your Night of Navy base layer. So glad you shared this fabulous card with the Paper Players this week
